Alen Lee is a Kazakhstani musician, cultural event curator, and literary enthusiast. In the summer of 2022, he and his friends founded the community initiative “Literary Circle” (“Literaturny Krug”) to promote lesser-known works of world literature and offer a platform for local authors to present their writing to the public. Alen also has experience teaching music theory and visual arts.

On May 6, together with “Lit. Circle,” he will present a literary program featuring Kazakh folk tales in Russian.
