Here’s what we’ll do:

1. Continue exploring various methods of place-based research and learn a new tool—“inventorying” the architectural landscape of an environment.

3. Look at examples of how different media can be used to illustrate research (text, sound, performance, video, etc.).
4. Practice applying these new tools.
5. Explore the method of “drifting” while researching the area around Tselinny.
6. Create personal maps of the site using the medium that feels most natural to you.

By the end of the workshop, each participant will have an audiovisual piece they can continue developing independently.
