At this workshop, experienced mosaic artists from the Art Oskolok studio will demonstrate how to create vibrant coasters in the shape of hearts and apples using glass tiles and modern techniques.

During the workshop:

– We’ll get acquainted with professional tile nippers—the mosaic artist’s main tool;

– We’ll learn how to properly break tiles into the necessary pieces and modules;

– We’ll assemble our own unique composition, which you’ll take home with you

Art Osklok is an Almaty-based mosaic studio founded in 2019. The studio creates artistic mosaics using natural stone, smalt, and glass tiles, and also offers various workshops for those who wish to master the intricacies of mosaic art.

Advance registration is required; space is limited. Materials are provided.
