This lecture will tell us a story on how an artist’s studio operates—from building internal studio systems and workflows to navigating institutional dialogue and team collaboration. Kristina Chernyavskaya is the director of Taus Makhacheva’s studio, an art manager, and curator. She has previously worked at the Multimedia Art Museum (Moscow) and the Jewish Museum (Moscow).
