Artist-talk: Aisultan Seitov

On November 15 at 4:30 PM, an artist talk with director Aisultan Seitov will take place at ORTA 1, a space within the Tselinny Center.
During the event, Aisultan will speak about his creative journey, his collaboration with the Center, and his participation in the Bukhara Biennale, where he presented a video work that brought together artists and performers from Central Asia. He will also share the story behind TSELINNY, the short film created for the Center’s opening, which portrays Tselinny not only as a space for art, but as a place of encounters, communication, and inspiration. The film features designer Evgenia Kim (J.Kim), DJ Nazira Kasenova, artist Saule Suleimenova, music group Steppe Sons, and other representatives of the creative scenes of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
Aisultan will discuss the interplay between art and cinema, and how visual language helps forge new cultural connections across Central Asia.
