Theo makes three trips to the island of Syros in Greece, where part of his family once lived. He is familiar with the island, but it is constantly changing, so he decides to record fragmented impressions of his daily life—what he does, sees, smells, and touches. Everything is meticulously documented—from the weather to the cats waiting for him at the doorstep, from crumbling stones to the food he eats.

Theo Deliannis makes experimental films and is involved in music; for several years, he managed the Collectif Jeune Cinéma archive (Paris). He currently works with the collective La Vie Plus Belle (Saint-Étienne), which is filming a remake of the soap opera *Plus Belle La Vie* (4,666 episodes) under conditions of complete self-governance and with the participation of all interested city residents.
