On February 27, the first session of Open Archive, a public program of Tselinny's research initiative titled Documentation, will take place.

We invite you to join a conversation with our guest, the Kazakhstani artist Marat Sagit. We hope that the Open Archive format will offer a deeper encounter with contemporary artistic practices and allow you to become part of an active dialogue on cultural memory.

Documentation is a digital database of contemporary art in Central Asia developed by Tselinny’s research team. Within the framework of Open Archive, we will speak about working with archives and engage in conversation with artists whose personal collections will gradually appear on Tselinny’s website.
