Tickets
You can attend all our events with tickets, which may be free or paid. Tickets for each event can be found online on the event pages. They can also be purchased offline at the center's ticket office.
We offer discounts on some events for schoolchildren, students, and senior citizens—the amount depends on the type of event. If you have purchased a discounted ticket, we will ask you to show proof of eligibility for the discount. Admission to exhibitions is free for people with disabilities, World War II veterans, and children under 7 years of age. CIMAM members can also visit exhibitions free of charge — just show your membership card at the registration desk.
For all questions about tickets, please write to hospitality@tselinny.org, and we will respond within three business days. Refund is possible due to postponement or cancelling of the event. You can do it via ya.cc/refund-afisha.
Mediation
Every working day at 3:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., we offer guided tours of all our exhibitions. To join a tour, please arrive at the start time; the mediators will be waiting in Orta 1. If you are late, you can join the tour once it has started.
You can also attend private mediation sessions for “Tselinny” in any convenient time. To arrange a tour, please write to hospitality@tselinny.org, and we will respond within two business days.
