The Rules for visiting the Tselinny Center of Contemporary Culture help ensure comfort and safety for all visitors while maintaining an atmosphere of respect. It is very important to us that our guests feel comfortable. To achieve this, we have established simple but essential rules. We kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with them and adhere to them throughout your visit to the Center.

Visiting Etiquette

General Recommendations

– Be polite and respectful to those around you, avoiding any discomfort or inconvenience to other visitors.
– Any interference with exhibitions and installations at Tselinny is strictly prohibited: contact with exhibits, their relocation, or modification is not allowed.
– We recommend turning off sound notifications to avoid disturbing others.
– We are delighted to welcome our young visitors. Please note that parents are responsible for their children's safety while visiting the Center. We kindly ask you to explain to them the importance of caution and attentiveness.
– Tselinny provides a cloakroom for storing outerwear and bulky items. You are welcome to leave your belongings there during your visit. The cloakroom is located on the -1 floor.

Safety and Comfort

We greatly value each of our guests and want your time at the Center to be truly enjoyable and inspiring. Please help maintain order, respect the space, and keep safety in mind. 

– Keep the space clean and do not leave any trash behind.
– Bringing food and drinks into the ORTA 3, Capsule, and Atelier spaces is not allowed. 
– Visitors are welcome to bring their pets into ORTA 1, ORTA 2, and JER Cafe.
– Smoking is prohibited inside the Center.
– For safety reasons, bringing dangerous items into the Center is strictly forbidden. This includes weapons, sharp or hazardous objects, chemicals, pyrotechnics, gas canisters, and similar items.
– Amateur photography and mobile device filming are encouraged. If you plan to use professional equipment, please obtain prior approval. To arrange this, contact us by emailing welcome@tselinny.org.

Registration and Tickets

– Events and exhibitions at Tselinny require prior registration or ticket purchase. You can do this on the Center’s website or at the information desk. Please keep your ticket throughout your visit to the Tselinny Center of Contemporary Culture.
– Group visits may require advance booking. To arrange this, please contact us by emailing welcome@tselinny.org.

In case of necessity (e.g., for discounts or benefits), visitors must present the relevant documents (student ID, pensioner ID, disability certificate, etc.)
